Vaccines
No vaccine is required when traveling to Western European countries. But take the opportunity to keep your immunization card up to date.
Visa and passport
Brazilian citizens who wish to travel to France on a tourist trip will be exempt from the visa requirement. This measure applies exclusively to stays of less than 3 months and only in metropolitan France, Overseas Communities and Territories: Saint Martin, Saint Barthélémy, Saint Pierre and Miquelon, New Caledonia, Wallis and Futuna, Mayotte and French Polynesia as well as for the Departments and Overseas Regions: Guadalupe, Martinique and Réunion. The visa is mandatory, however for French Guiana.
Brazilian Travelers are advised to have their original passport with a minimum validity of 6 months, sufficient funds for their stay in France (cash, travel money, international credit card), confirmed round-trip air ticket, air ticket hotel and services acquired during the stay in France, in addition to proof of purchase of the International Travel Insurance with a minimum coverage of € 30,000.00 according to the Schengen Treaty foreseen for the European Union.
