Vaccines
No vaccine is required when traveling to Western European countries. But take the opportunity to keep your immunization card up to date.
Visa and passport
Under current legislation, Brazilian citizens do not need a visa to enter Portugal, for a period of 90 days, in cases of:
• Tourism
• Business
• News coverage
• Cultural mission
This period may be extended in Portugal with the authorization of the Foreigners and Borders Service, and the extension cannot exceed 90 days. Any other situation requires a visa for Brazilian citizens.
Citizens of other nationalities should contact the Consulate of Portugal in their area of residence to determine whether or not they need a visa to enter the country.
